This last weekend I was excited to take part in the 3rd annual PrimalCon event in Oxnard California. The event is put on by Mark Sisson of Mark’s Daily Apple and The Primal BluePrint. I have been working with Mark and the gang at Primal BluePrint for the last few months and it was the icing on the cake to be at this year’s event. Adam and I even got to provide a few seminars on Olympic Lifting and Gymnastics. It was an all star cast at Primal Con this year with the following presenters :
Kelly Starrett of the Mobility Wod, Erwan Le Corre from MovNat, Chef Rachel from The Healthy Cooking Coach, Barefoot Ted and of course Angelo DeLa Cruz, William Vives and Michael Stembur !
